RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be credited for the full order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to us are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; for exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@sharehappyoutfits.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Depreciation
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for selecting the shipping company and covering the return shipping costs. To guard against any damage during transit, we advise making sure the return package is sufficiently protected.

Important: The return package MUST have “Share Happy Outfits” clearly written on the label.
We strongly advise obtaining tracking information from your chosen transport provider. Share Happy Outfits is not responsible for any loss or incidents that may occur during the return process.
Exchange and Order Modifications
Please note that order changes for size, model, or color are not currently supported. If you wish to exchange your order, you must use the standard return procedure. We will refund your payment as soon as our warehouse receives the returned goods.
If you are certain about the new items you want, we recommend placing a new order separately to ensure availability.
Processing Time

Return Processing: It will take approximately 4 business days for us to process your returned parcel upon arrival at our warehouse.

Refund Processing: Once processed, it will take approximately 5 business days for the refund to be credited to the same bank account initially used for the purchase.
Complaints
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@sharehappyoutfits.com.
