Handling Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Report Your Complaint

Please report any complaints directly to us by sending an email to help@sharehappyoutfits.com. Our team will review your concerns and contact you as soon as possible to address the issue.

Step 2: Seeking Further Assistance

Step 3: EU Online Dispute Resolution

For consumers within the EU, disputes can also be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform from February 15, 2016. If your complaint has not been handled elsewhere, you may submit it at the EU ODR platform by visiting http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
